Dulgon Earthtongue is a Male Dwarf Wizard and often trainer to unusual wizards. He is 175 years old, which is middle-aged for a dwarf. He is 4'9" tall with a lean build. His eyes are an aqua color. He is mild tempered, but it is know that if you do him an injury, he will crush you, ruin your name, and salt your fields. He is kind, but is also known to be a stubborn person. He is dedicated to his mother and lost siblings. He is in love/lust with the manager of the silver mines in town named Ula Strongsunder. He is generous, but loves collecting valuable items. He feels responsible for the deaths of his two older brothers because of a long ago battle he provoked on patrol in the swamp wars. He now watches over his younger siblings and chooses his fights with much greater care now.
Serves on the Mirabar council and is in charge of the defense of the 6th Belows, lowest section of the underground dwarven Mirabar district. This is not a prestigious post politically, but demands great respect as the first line of defense for any Underdark attacker.
Dulgon speaks without accent in a sniffling, nasally voice.
