The party grabbed the goblin Fing'biter and used him as a bloodhound to find the missing Ronic. In teh think fog they found two giant bats with saddles and a mix of minor and major undead warriors. The party encountered Rysand Deepaxe the cleric of Abbathor already fighting the undead. He assisted in fighting the more dangerous undead wight and the party killed the lesser skeletons, an Ettercap and another skeleton alchemist. The party then found a spider bit and poisoned Ronic and helped him get home. The dire bats escaped and so did the wight. Rysand was a little injured, but survived. Also, the party is now certain the fog is a byproduct of the fire beetles.
Dulgon now insists that the families matriarch Shehon Earthtongue go to the surface and stay in an inn since the undead problems have not reached that area.
Dulgon has also given a task to the party to collect some crystals from a deep and mostly abandoned mine. Dulgon had intended to do it himself but needed help since he was sage guarding Shehon. The party is also tasked to deliver the crystals to Luskan, which means a trip of several weeks on the surface in a new environment.
The crystals when obtained were identified to be magic altering and somewhat dangerous.
